This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Resul's Lab ("we", "us") collects through the resulslab.com website ("Site"), why we process it, who we may share it with, on what legal basis, and what rights you have as a data subject under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

2. Personal Data We Process
If you use the contact form on the Site, we process your full name, email address, and the content of the message you send us. To remember your preferred site language, we also place a technical/functional cookie (rl_lang) in your browser; this cookie does not identify you personally. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site; this places statistical cookies in your browser and sends your IP address, device/browser information, and browsing behavior on the Site to Google.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your personal data to evaluate your request and respond to you, and where relevant to establish a business relationship, relying on the legal bases of "processing being necessary for the performance of a request made by the data subject" and "legitimate interest" under Article 5 of the KVKK.
4. Sharing of Personal Data
Messages sent through the contact form are not shared with, sold to, or used for marketing purposes by any third party, other than the email/SMTP infrastructure used to deliver them to us. Site usage statistics are shared with Google LLC as part of the Google Analytics service described above, and are processed under Google's own privacy policy.
5. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and our legal retention obligations, after which it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
6. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about such processing, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction of your data, and request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred.
